TERMS

Keep it fair. Keep it fun.

These terms are the basic rules for using Amist. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with the game or other players.

Last updated October 4, 2026

The service

Amist is a ranking game provided as an evolving service. Features, puzzles, scoring, schedules, statistics, leaderboards, and availability may change over time. Amist may correct mistakes, remove content, or change how a feature works when needed.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate others, choose abusive usernames, or try to access another player's account or private information.

Fair use

Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay in a way that harms the service, manipulate leaderboards or statistics, overload Amist, bypass security or rate limits, scrape private content, or otherwise interfere with normal use. Amist may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the game, its players, or the service.

Puzzles and results

Amist works to verify puzzle data and sources, but factual or technical mistakes can still happen. Scores, percentiles, streaks, leaderboards, and community statistics are game features and may be recalculated or corrected when a bug or data issue is found.

Amist content

The Amist name, branding, interface, original puzzle presentation, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share the result cards and links Amist provides, but you may not copy or republish substantial parts of the service as your own product.

Availability and liability

Amist is provided on an “as available” basis. No online service can promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amist is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Privacy and changes

Use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated as Amist evolves. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated terms apply, subject to rights you have under applicable law.
